The products of our land


The typical products of our territory are supplied by small family run producers, where the passion for the job and animals yield naturally grown and prepared food.



Cheeses that unmistakably taste of mountain herbs and flowers are still produced today on our mountain pastures, where cows graze freely during all the summer, returning to the stable only in the evening. Their outdoor life, the high pastures, the variety of flowers they feed on, all contribute to give those cheeses their freshness and taste.

These typical cheeses are limited in quantity and variety because they are produced according to the season and the obviously unforeseeable weather conditions.



Products of the soil

At this height the time of blooming and ripening is short, the season is often very intense and this makes everything so tasty. Vegetables, herbs and berries grow on sunny slopes, watered by the pure glacier waters.
